This is my vidding journal, though other stuff creeps in on occasion. Topics subject to change without notice; some assembly required and batteries not included. Nearly all of my posts are public; you're welcome to friend/unfriend at will. I add/remove on the basis of interaction -- if we don't have at least the occasional exchange of comments about vidding or life or whatever, then hey, no offense, but I don't see a point to that. Whether we're friended up or not, vid feedback is the loveliest thing and always warmly appreciated on vids both new and old.

I edit with Adobe products: a combination of Premiere Pro 1.5 and After Effects 6.5 (Professional version), with a variety of plug-ins/filters. For audio editing, I primarily use Sony Sound Forge 7 (though I'll be using 9 if I ever install the damn upgrade). Footage prep/conversion is done in VirtualDubMod with Avisynth scripting. Essential tools of the "free" variety include A&E's Tech Guide and the AMVapp.

For viewing my vids, I recommend MPlayer, via one of the many front ends available (I use MPUI and SMPlayer, and this build contains both). I know most vidders love VLC, but it hasn't handled Windows Media properly in my experience and therefore is not my "do-it-all" solution.
